On-site generation for institutions, educational campuses, research organisations and corporates — behind-the-meter supply under long-term contracts.
A diversified solar platform of 80.3 MWp across 12 sites, held through 3 wholly-owned special purpose vehicles.
Arclight Renewables Private Limited holds, through three wholly-owned special purpose vehicles, a diversified solar energy platform with a total capacity of 80.3 MWp across twelve sites. The platform combines near-term contracted commercial and industrial rooftop assets with a larger ground-mounted utility-scale C&I pipeline.
The portfolio mixes near-term capacity that is contracted and under development with additional projects at earlier stages of origination. This creates a balanced profile of operating cash flow visibility and future growth.
The platform's geographic footprint spans multiple states, reflecting a deliberate approach to offtaker relationships and regulatory environments rather than concentration in a single market.
| Portfolio | SPV capacity | Sites | Mount type | Target COD | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Portfolio 2 | 5.3 MWp | 4 | Rooftop | Q4 2026 | Fully contracted |
| Portfolio 3 | 25.0 MWp | 7 | Rooftop + ground | Mid-2027 | Substantially advanced |
| Portfolio 4 | 50.0 MWp | 1+ | Rooftop + ground | Late 2028 | Pipeline |
| Platform total | 80.3 MWp | 12 | Mixed | 2026–2028 |
The three project companies are intended to be ring-fenced for senior debt purposes. There is no cross-collateralisation between the special purpose vehicles. Equity capital is subscribed at the Parent and downstreamed into the relevant project company according to construction funding requirements.

Dedicated plants serving contracted offtakers, developed where land, grid connectivity and counterparty quality align.

Projects are organised in dedicated SPVs and delivered in phases — contracted near-term capacity alongside earlier-stage origination.
Each megawatt-hour produced displaces higher-emission electricity on a grid that remains heavily dependent on thermal power. The impact case is straightforward:
We align commercial performance with measurable environmental outcomes. Detailed impact metrics are maintained internally and shared with partners as appropriate.
Site-level information, offtaker identities and commercial terms are shared only under confidentiality arrangements with counterparties and capital partners.
