This website is an informational site operated by Arclight Renewables Private Limited, Hyderabad, India.

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, organisation, email address and message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider on our behalf. If you would like a submission deleted, write to us and we will remove it.

Our apps: Zenith and Zenith Go

Arclight Renewables publishes two mobile apps. Zenith Go is for our own operations team; Zenith is for the owners and offtakers of plants we operate. Both require a login that Arclight issues; nobody can create an account inside the apps.

The apps collect and store, on our own systems: your name, email address and phone number (to run your account and reach you about your plant or your work); photos and notes you choose to attach to a visit request, a work order or a report; your activity inside the app (such as requests you raise and work-order updates), so that the operations desk sees what you did; crash reports, to keep the apps working; and a push-notification token for your device, so we can notify you. Zenith also shows the generation, performance and service history of the plant you are entitled to see.

Zenith Go asks for the camera and photo library only when you attach a photo. Zenith asks for them only when you attach a photo to a visit request. Neither app collects your location, contacts, calendar, messages, health or financial information. Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). We do not sell personal information, we share it with no third party for advertising, and we use no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Our hosting and notification providers process data on our behalf only.

Delete your data

To delete your account and the personal data held in Zenith or Zenith Go, email info@arclightrenewables.in from the address on your account, or ask your Arclight contact. We remove your person record, your login, your push-notification token and the photos and notes you added, within 30 days. Records that the plant's operating history depends on (for example a completed work order) are kept but no longer linked to you.
